I'm not good at describing myself but below are some random facts about me (what I like, what I dislike):
First of all, I live in Sarawak (Malaysian Borneo). I belong to a tribe called Bidayuh or the Land Dayak. I'm proud of my culture and heritage.
Likes: Cats, Tea, Yoga, Cheese, Backstreet Boys, Bullet For My Valentine, photography, Italian foods, fresh smell of the earth after the rain, tomato ketchup, ghost-hunting reality TV and of course, books.
Hates: Elevators, public toilets, tofu, porcelain dolls, clowns, tardiness, the dark, needle and syringes.
Someday I'm going to: Backpack in Europe!
THE BLOG
I created Bornean Bookworm Reads (formerly known as The Bornean Bookworm) out of boredom. I have never been so committed to blogging before. I set up one blog after another, then delete them when I have nothing else to blog about. I've been reading book blogs for quite some time before finally setting up my own, only to be so addicted to it now. My all-time favorite author is Enid Blyton, I grew up reading her adventure series. This blog is purely the place where I document and keep track of what I have read, apart from sharing with fellow readers out there of my thoughts of each book. It is also the place where I regularly 'hang out' at. At some point, this blog has become a 'sanctuary' for me to escape from my boring life. I blog about books simply for my own personal enjoyment. Therefore, none of my reviews should be regarded as that of a professional (but I'd like to be as professional as I can).
I am the sole blogger/owner/founder of Bornean Bookworm Reads and plan to keep it that way for as long as possible.
